Golden hour on the Ionian Sea. Local wine, fresh fruit, and a curated soundtrack as the sun sets behind the cave.
The Karaburun Peninsula and Ionian coast around Vlore contain some of the most unspoilt scenery in the Mediterranean — hidden caves, ancient bays, and waters so clear you can see the bottom at 15 metres.
A magnificent sea cave carved by centuries of wave action. The cave's enormous arch frames an impossibly blue pool. Steeped in local legend, it is the centrepiece of almost every Vlore boat tour.

A narrow sea passage hidden in the Karaburun limestone, invisible from the open sea. Only narrow speedboats can navigate through it — large boats and ferries cannot enter.
Learn More →We're Maris Vlora — a small, passionate team of locals who grew up on this coastline and know every cave, bay, and current. We started running boat tours in 2022 because we believed travellers deserved to see the real Vlore: the wild version, not the one from a bus window.
Every tour is led by a certified, experienced skipper who speaks English, Italian, and Albanian. Our boats are modern, well-maintained speedboats with all required safety certifications and public liability insurance.
All tours depart from Vlore and follow defined routes along the Karaburun Peninsula, including Grama Bay, the Blue Cave, Sazan Island and Haxhi Ali Cave.
All tours depart from Rruga Shaban Demiraj, Vlore — our office at the marina. View on Google Maps.

Everything you need to know before booking your Vlore boat tour.
All tours depart from the Vlore Marina, located at the beginning of the promenade. The meeting point is at our office, where our team will welcome you and guide you to the boat. The area is easily accessible and within walking distance from many nearby hotels and accommodations.
No advance payment required. All tours operate on a pay-on-arrival basis — reserve your spot online for free and pay in cash or by card (EUR, USD or Albanian Lek) on the day at the meeting point.
All tours include: a licensed modern speedboat, a professional local skipper, life jackets and safety gear and all fuel and port fees. The full-day Grama Bay tour also includes food and drinks. The Sunset Wine Tour includes a glass of local wine and fresh seasonal fruit.
Approximately 8 hours. You will visit 8 destinations: Haxhi Ali Cave, Dafina Bay, Bristani Bay, Secret Blue Cave in Llovizi Bay, Grama Bay, Canyon of Smugglers, Church's Cave and Englishman Bay. This is our most comprehensive tour and the best way to experience the Karaburun Peninsula.
Yes, all tours are family-friendly. Life jackets are provided for every guest including children. Non-swimmers are very welcome — swimming is optional at every stop. Children aged 2–11 receive a discounted child rate, and children under 2 join free when sea conditions allow.
Your safety is our absolute priority. If sea conditions are unsafe — high winds, strong swell, or storms — we will contact you in advance to cancel it or reschedule at no cost. All tours are weather-dependent and the captain makes the final call on safety.
